The development of the TURNIERlive SaaS platform brings together a wide range of technical disciplines and covers the entire lifecycle of a modern cloud application – from product development and production operations to continuous improvement.
A key component is an e-commerce and licensing platform for managing subscriptions and memberships. This includes integrations with multiple payment providers, automated billing processes, invoicing, transactional emails and GDPR-compliant processing of personal data.
The platform also includes comprehensive user and role management, SEO and tracking functionality, and extensive security mechanisms.
At its core is a responsive web application for planning, organizing and running tournaments. My name is Michael Bösken, and I have been helping companies design, develop and evolve custom software solutions for more than 18 years.
As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, Software Architect and Technical Lead, I support projects throughout the entire software lifecycle – from the initial idea and technical architecture through development, deployment and production operations to long-term maintenance.
I deliberately work as a hands-on, dedicated technical partner, offering direct communication, short decision-making paths and close collaboration.
Depending on the project, I either join existing development teams as a freelancer or take technical responsibility for delivering complete software projects.
In addition to many years of experience as a developer and consultant, I have gained first-hand entrepreneurial experience as the co-founder of a startup in online video and video shopping and of a SaaS company serving amateur sports.
